Role & responsibilities:

Position Overview: You will be a part of project Procurement team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work closely with vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Above role would cover the below:
- Be a part of project procurement team, mainly with respect to mechanical and electrical Class A, B & C items like Module Mounting Structure (MMS), String Combiner Box (SCB), IDT, SCADA, Power Transformer, Tracker, Inverters, RMU, Solar Modules, GIS, AC/DC Cables, Transmission Line and PSS/GSS, UPS & complete electrical/ Mechanical erection packages etc. for Solar/Wind/Pumped storage plant.
- Review project schedule and coordinate with concerned stake-holders for timely issuance of Purchase Requisitions (PR) / technical specifications.
- Drafting of project specific commercial terms & conditions (GCC & SCC) and incorporate suitable risk mitigation in the same




- Review of PR and technical specification for completeness and correctness and take up with required teams for ensuring completeness and correctness of the specifications.
- Review commercial terms and conditions and prepare the same specific to package
- Prepare proposed bidder list for discussion with HoD and issuance of RFx based on approved vendor list (if any) and suitable bidder credentials/ experience.
- Issuance of RFx to bidders.
- Co-ordinate with concerned stake-holders for bid collection, technical clarifications till completion of technical evaluation of bidders.
- Preparation of price benchmarks/ estimates.
- Ensure preparation followed by review of commercial comparison statement based on bids received
- Commercial discussion/ negotiation with bidders for meeting required price targets, budgets, project delivery and other project and commercial requirements.
