is looking for a skilled, responsible and customer-focused Optometrist to join our optical store team at Dhanori, Pune.
Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate eye testing and subjective refraction Conduct vision assessment and identify refractive errors Explain eye test results and lens options to customers Recommend suitable spectacle lenses and frames based on customer requirements Handle dispensing, measurements and basic optical fitting Handle progressive, high-power, blue-cut, photochromic and other lens requirements Maintain proper customer/prescription records Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support Coordinate with the store team for smooth customer experience Maintain cleanliness and professional standards of the eye-testing room Support the store team in achieving customer satisfaction and business targets
Eligibility:
B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry Freshers with good practical knowledge can apply Experienced Optometrists are preferred Good knowledge of refraction and optical dispensing Good communication and customer-handling skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn
