Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production In-charge to manage day-to-day shop-floor manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved with required quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities as per production plan and schedule.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
- Supervise production operators, technicians, and shop-floor manpower.
- Monitor machine performance, production output, downtime, rejection, and rework.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety standards, and 5S.
- Reduce rejection, scrap, wastage, and production losses.
- Improve productivity through Kaizen,



Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain daily production reports and MIS.
- Train and motivate production team members.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Strong experience in handling shop-floor manpower and production activities.
- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in automotive / engineering / fabrication / machinery manufacturing will be preferred.
