Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage cash handling activities, including receiving, counting, and dispensing money from customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns related to account balances, transactions, and other banking services.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using excel sheets or other software tools.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures for handling cash and maintaining confidentiality.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role (Teller) in the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, banking operations, and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at various levels.
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel.
