Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships for Weboin’s digital marketing and web development services. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, developing and presenting tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients across target sectors. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to align client requirements with service offerings, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Daily activities involve pipeline management, sales forecasting, performance reporting, and regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends. The role also includes mentoring members of the sales team, contributing to sales strategy, and representing the agency at meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management
