Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering and technical activities across construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Review drawings, designs, specifications, and method statements.
- Ensure projects meet approved quality, cost, schedule, and safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and oversee construction execution.
- Monitor contractor performance, quality control, and statutory compliance.
- Support project planning, cost optimization, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead and mentor engineering/site teams.
- Manage corporation-related liaison activities and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate and follow up on statutory approvals, sanctions, and required NOCs.
- Handle TDR-related documentation, approvals, and coordination with concerned authorities.
- Coordinate Tax NOC and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory processes.
