Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Factory P&L; Activity
- Oversee daily plant operations, Maintenances, Quality, Production& EHS to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards .Dealing With stakeholders management.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products, including design, tooling, and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, supply chain management, and customer complaints.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production workflows.
Job Requirements :
- 20-30 years of experience in the auto components industry as a Production Head or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of heavy fabrication (stamping), sheet metal processing, welding techniques, etc.
- Working in Japanese company is an added advantage.
