Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management to maintain a healthy balance sheet.
- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to finance and accounting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- MIS, maintaining daily cashflow and prepare reports for the investors and board
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in the AI or fast pace startup domain
- Robust background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in managing complex financial transactions such as capital raisings and investor reporting
