Key Responsibilities:

-Design, review, and implement MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing)
-Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
-Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress
-Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines
-Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
-Troubleshoot and resolve any MEP-related issues during construction
-Participate in project meetings and liaise with contractors and vendors
-Review shop drawings and material submittals

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
✅ Proven experience in MEP design and coordination (3-5 years preferred)
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software
✅ Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
