Job Summary

The MIS Expert will design, manage, and enhance data systems, dashboards, and analytics to support evidence-based decision-making for the Secretariat and SERP.
Reporting

Reports to: Head - Food Systems, AI, and Regenerative Agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of MIS systems and digital dashboards.
- Work with IT vendors to develop and maintain real-time monitoring platforms.
- Define data collection protocols, validation mechanisms, and reporting templates.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data received from partner agencies.
- Generate analytical reports, insights, and visualizations for decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across project partners.
- Support periodic reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and dashboard updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.




- 3-5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or digital systems in development/government.
- Experience in development of dashboard/AI chat bots will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Proficiency in dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel, and data management systems
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write/speak Telugu and English is mandatory. Fluency with Hindi will be added advantage.
