Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Social Media Manager who can lead Owvie’s digital growth. The ideal candidate should know how to strategize,



scale social media channels, build communities and drive influencer-led visibility, not just manage posting. This role requires strong understanding of platform algorithms, content strategy, and growth planning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute a full-funnel social media growth strategy for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms.

• Define platform-wise content approach, tone and positioning.

• Optimize posting times, formats, and content structures for maximum reach and retention.

• Plan growth roadmaps and execute strategies that drive followers, reach and engagement.

• Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and trend forecasting.

Content Planning & Management

• Build monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
