As one of Noida’s leading pet care brands, Pamper Paws offers mobile grooming, veterinary care, wellness services, and premium pet experiences for pet parents across the city.

We are now launching our flagship veterinary clinic in Noida and are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and growth-oriented Clinic Operations Executive to join our team.

This is not just a front desk role.

We are looking for someone who can manage clinic operations, customer experience, administration, sales coordination, and daily execution while working closely with the founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Front Desk

* Welcome and assist pet parents visiting the clinic

* Manage appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer follow-ups

* Ensure a smooth, qualified, and warm customer experience

Clinic Operations





* Coordinate between veterinarians, groomers, and customers

* Manage day-to-day clinic workflow and service delivery

* Monitor appointment schedules and operational timelines

* Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection

Sales & Growth

* Follow up with leads and incoming enquiries

* Promote grooming packages, memberships, wellness plans, and clinic services

* Support repeat visits, customer retention, and revenue growth

* Assist in marketing and promotional campaign execution

Inventory & Administration

* Track medicines, pet products, consumables, and stock levels

* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

* Maintain records, reports, and customer databases

* Ensure clinic cleanliness, organization, and operational compliance

Business Support

* Prepare daily and weekly reports

* Assist management with operational improvements

* Support social media and content initiatives when required
