About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive who can independently set up, manage, monitor and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta platforms and, preferably, Google Ads.

This is an execution-focused role. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple brands/projects, understanding campaign objectives, identifying appropriate audiences, launching campaigns, tracking performance and continuously optimising campaigns based on actual data.

The role requires practical platform experience rather than only theoretical knowledge or certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads & Digital Setup
- Set up and configure Meta Business Portfolio/Business Manager and Ad Accounts.




- Support Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account setup and optimisation.
- Integrate Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp wherever required.
- Set up geographic, interest, engagement, retargeting and Custom Audiences.
- Create Lookalike and Advantage+ audiences wherever appropriate.
- Plan and execute awareness, engagement, lead-generation, customer-acquisition and conversion-oriented campaigns.
- Manage selective post boosting when strategically appropriate.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and optimise targeting, placements, creatives, budgets and campaign structure.
- Conduct A/B and other practical testing across creatives, audiences, placements and campaign variables.
- Set up and monitor available conversion/action tracking for leads, enquiries, calls, WhatsApp and other measurable actions wherever technically possible.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare clear periodic reports with observations and recommended actions.
