Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented professional to lead process automation initiatives and manage MSD (Microsoft Dynamics 365) implementation within the Finance function. The role is focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening internal controls, and enabling seamless data flow across finance and supply chain processes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, Operations Supply Chain, Tech, and CSO to design, deploy, and optimize workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and automate manual and high-risk finance processes to improve efficiency and controls.
- Design, implement, and monitor automated workflows integrated with ERP/MSD systems.
- Lead end-to-end MSD implementation for finance processes including GRN, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and inventory.
- Gather business requirements, map processes, and coordinate UAT/SIT, defect resolution, and go-live support.
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction posting with strong validation checks and controls.




- Develop dashboards and reports to track TAT, accuracy, and exceptions.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Ops, Procurement, CSO, HR, and Tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Create SOPs, train users, and provide ongoing post-implementation support.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of finance operations (GRN, invoicing, reconciliations, vendor management, expense management, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with process automation (RPA tools, Power Automate, scripts, macros, etc.).
- Experience in ERP or workflow system implementation (MSD, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, NetSuite, or equivalent).
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to write clear process documents (SOPs, BRDs, test cases).
- Project management skillsability to plan, manage deadlines, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
