Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Oversee floor management by ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise stores maintenance activities to ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues promptly.
- Implement retail strategies to drive sales growth, reduce shrinkage, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead team members effectively through motivation, training, and performance evaluation.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in Retail Management or related field with expertise in Store Operations, Floor Management, Shrinkage Control, Visual Merchandising, etc. .
- Robust understanding of retail industry trends and best practices for driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
