Job Description

We are seeking an experienced L3 IT Support Engineer to serve as the final point of technical escalation within our IT Operations team. This role owns the resolution of complex, recurring, and infrastructure-critical issues that require deep technical expertise across systems, networks, and cloud environments.



The ideal candidate combines solid hands-on troubleshooting ability with strategic thinking driving permanent fixes, automation, and architectural improvements while mentoring L1/L2 engineers and collaborating closely with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
