You'll own financial planning and analysis for key product lines, directly influencing strategic decisions across the organization.

- What Success Looks Like
In your first 12 months, you'll become the go-to analyst for monthly P&L; reporting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting. You'll have built robust reporting dashboards, improved month-end close processes, and equipped leadership with clear financial narratives that drive decisions.
You'll be someone the team trusts to catch issues early and explain what the numbers mean.
- What You'll Do
● Own monthly P&L; statement preparation, variance analysis, and reporting for assigned business units — identify root causes of budget variances and communicate findings to leadership
● Develop and maintain financial planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis — support annual budget planning and quarterly reforecasts with data-driven projections
● Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations — translate P&L; data into insights that inform pricing, production, and inventory decisions
● Reconcile accounting data with operational systems (Tally); identify discrepancies and work with accounting and operations teams to resolve them
● Lead ad-hoc financial analysis on profitability by product line, channel, or customer segment to support b
