Position: Category Coordinator
Department: Eduport Plus (GCC Vertical)
Reporting To: Category Head
Work Location: Hilite Business Park, Kozhikode
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on qualifications, experience, and skill set)

About the Role

Eduport Plus is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Category Coordinator to support the Category Head in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and executing strategic initiatives for the GCC Vertical. This role requires excellent coordination skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Category Head in planning, coordinating, and executing category-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Academic, Operations, HR, and Tech to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage social media pages, prepare content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with online communities.
- Support creative strategy, campaign planning,



and content execution across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor ongoing initiatives, track progress, and provide regular updates to the Category Head.
- Perform other operational and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, marketing, project coordination, social media management, or a related field is preferred.
