Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle customers, understand their requirements, explain products, generate sales, and maintain the showroom/store. Candidates with good communication and convincing skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers in the store/showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Generate sales through effective communication and product demonstration.
- Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Prepare bills/invoices and coordinate with the billing team.
- Maintain basic sales and stock records.
- Follow up with customers when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail/sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing and selling ability.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Should be comfortable working in a retail/store setting.
- Should be target-oriented and presentable.
- Candidates must be comfortable travelling to Madhyamgram, Baguihati or Bowbazar, depending on the vacancy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
