We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing / E-commerce Manager to head our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the apparel industry, particularly Western Ladies Wear, with proven expertise in managing online sales, marketplaces, digital promotions, and e-commerce growth.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the company's own website as well as leading marketplaces such as Myntra and AJIO, while developing strategies to strengthen the brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall e-commerce business and online sales operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve online sales and revenue targets.
- Manage sales through the company's own website, Myntra, AJIO, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase online visibility and sales.
- Monitor marketplace performance, product listings, pricing, discounts, offers, and promotions.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, market trends,



and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities across online channels.
- Work closely with internal teams for inventory, merchandising, product photography, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Optimize product listings, catalogs, images, descriptions, and pricing to improve conversion.
- Track key e-commerce metrics including revenue, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, average order value, and repeat purchases.
- Identify new online sales channels and opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure effective brand positioning and consistent customer experience across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Apparel/Garments industry.
- Solid preference for candidates with experience in Western Ladies Wear.
- Hands-on experience
