Role & responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for Architectural, Interior design and Landscape projects using multiple types of software.
- Create photorealistic still images, animations, and walkthroughs.
- Work closely with Architects, Interior designers, Landscape architects and Management teams to accurately represent design intent.
- Perform post-production and image enhancement to achieve the highest visual quality.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency and visual output.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain organized clean files and naming conventions, rendering libraries, materials and visualization standards for effective team collaboration.
Preferred candidate profile
- Three to five years experience in architectural practice, interior architecture or 3D Visualization
- Expert knowledge with software platforms required or the ability to learn them quickly
- Advanced verbal and written communication with the English language.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic architectural and interior visualization work
- Understanding of how to review architectural documents such as construction drawings for use in developing models for 3d Visualization purposes.
