About the Role

Skylark Labs is seeking a highly organized and technically inclined
Technical Program Manager

to drive
engineering roadmap execution, KPI tracking, and cross-functional program delivery

across multiple engineering initiatives.

This role is focused on ensuring engineering teams execute against strategic priorities by tracking milestones, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying execution risks, and coordinating work across AI/ML, robotics, software, and infrastructure teams.



The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with exceptional organizational and project management skills and enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to complex engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities
Roadmap Execution
- Own and drive execution of engineering roadmaps across multiple technical teams.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor roadmap progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Coordinate engineering priorities with leadership to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule through effective planning and follow-up.

KPI Tracking & Program Management
- Define, maintain, and report engineering and product KPIs.
- Build dashboards and recurring executive reports tracking engineering progress.
- Monitor sprint velocity, release timelines, roadmap completion, quality metrics, and team deliverables.
