We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and basic accounting processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily financial records, preparing invoices, recording payments and receipts, and supporting the Accounts Head in routine accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions accurately in Tally.
- Prepare sales invoices and enter purchase and vendor bills.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts and expenses.
- Perform bank, ledger and vendor reconciliation.
- Reconcile transactions from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Check marketplace payouts, deductions, returns and refunds.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations, reconciliation and return filing.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and incorrect platform deductions.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts and financial documents.
- Prepare basic sales, expense and payment reports in MS Excel.
- Provide required documents and information during audits.
- Support the Accounts Head in monthly closing and other accounting work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valuable knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- B.Com, M.Com or related educational qualification.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
