We are looking for EHS Officer / AM .

Job Location : Chembur

Job Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards at the site , PEB / Steel Structure
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsIdentify hazards and ensure corrective and preventive actions are takenEnsure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms
- Conduct safety inductions and training sessions for workers and staff
- Monitor usage of PPE and enforce adherence to safety protocolsInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports
- Maintain EHS documentation, records, and reports as per compliance requirements
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards




- Promote a robust safety culture across the site through awareness initiatives
- Ensure proper signage, barricading, and emergency preparedness measures
- Support in conducting mock drills and emergency response planning

Requirements

Minimum 5 yrs of Experience in the same Profile

Real Estate/ Developer Industry Mandatory
