- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and governance of contract data in the Flutter Contracts repository, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead the contract renewal and expiry process, engaging with stakeholders to drive alignment, resolve escalations, and ensure timely actions.
- Oversee and administer the contract signature processing function across divisions, performing quality checks and ensuring compliance with approval frameworks.
- Manage and prioritize complex contract reporting requests from senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights and analysis where needed.
- Supervise and guide day-to-day management of the Contracts team inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses while delegating effectively.
- Partner closely with other streams to understand down and upstream processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting automation, efficiency, and standardization in contract administration practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to Analysts in the team,



sharing knowledge and helping build best practices.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- Degree level education is desirable
- Proven experience in contract administration, procurement operations, or a related function, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and systems.
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and present contract data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is an advantage.
