Part-Time Site Coordinator – Civil / MEP / Interior Works

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced Part time Site Coordinator to coordinate and monitor ongoing construction and interior works at our Trivandrum project for 3 Months to 4 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate civil construction, MEP, and interior works at the project site.
- Supervise and follow up on day-to-day site activities and work progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, vendors, and architects.
- Ensure work is progressing according to the drawings, specifications, and agreed schedule.
- Check the quality and progress of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned persons for timely resolution.
- Follow up on material requirements, deliveries, and availability at the site.




- Maintain regular communication with the management regarding daily work progress and site issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide updates/reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of practical experience in construction/site supervision or coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Civil, MEP, and Interior works.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, workers, suppliers, and architects.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.

Important: This is a part-time/temporary position, primarily requiring regular site visits and coordination based on project requirements.

Pay: β‚Ή10,439.64 - β‚Ή20,000.00 per month
