The Technical Business Analyst P&O; Solutions supports the analysis, documentation, and delivery of digital solutions that enable People & Organization (P&O;) processes across the enterprise. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and external partners, this role translates business needs into clear functional requirements and helps ensure successful implementation of technology solutions aligned with global Technology standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Capture, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for P&O; technology initiatives and solutions.




- Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design reviews by documenting business processes, integration requirements, data flows, and process impacts.
- Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
- Provide business analysis support across the non-Core HCM and broader P&O; technology portfolio.
- Coordinate requirements, testing activities, issue resolution, and implementation support throughout project delivery lifecycles.
- Support architecture governance, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements by maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through enhanced requirements quality, process standardization, documentation practices, and reusable templates.
- KPI: Deliver clear, complete, and timely business requirement
