Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Indian Chef 1 to join our hotel kitchen team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Handle gravies, curries, tandoor, breads, and other Indian preparations.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Manage mise en place and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Indian cuisine, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Robust teamwork and communication skills.
