- Read and interpret fabrication and machining engineering drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T;
- Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, dial gauge, etc.) and generate inspection/measurement reports
- Maintain component and material traceability records (heat numbers, lot/batch numbers, mill test certificates)
- Maintain calibration records and schedules for all measuring instruments
- Maintain machine preventive maintenance (PM) records
- Raise, document, and track Non-Conformance (NC) reports
- Maintain other quality records as required by the QMS (ISO 9001, customer, or internal standards)
- Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams on quality-related documentation
