Lumbyn Energy (rooftop solar EPC, Patna) is hiring a Field Sales Executive to sell residential and small-commercial rooftop solar across Patna. You own the customer journey from the first meeting to the closed order.

What you'll do:

• Generate and pursue leads: field canvassing, referrals and company-provided leads

• Meet homeowners and small businesses; assess the rooftop and electricity bill

• Pitch savings, PM Surya Ghar subsidy and financing / EMI options

• Prepare and present quotations; negotiate and close the sale

• Hand off closed orders to the engineering team for survey and installation

• Follow up through payment and keep the customer updated

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Must have:

• Minimum 1 year of solar rooftop sales experience (mandatory)

• Comfortable with daily field visits across Patna

• Own a two-wheeler and smartphone

• Fluent in Hindi; basic English

Positive to have: PM Surya Ghar / subsidy and bank-loan knowledge; an existing customer or contractor network in Patna.
