Vendor Management: Select, certify, and monitor contractors for cleaning, security, and technical services.

Safety & Compliance: Inspect facilities to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Budget Assistance: Track operating costs, requisition supplies, and support financial planning.

Record Keeping: Maintain logs of maintenance, permits, and operational expenses.

Emergency Preparedness: Help develop disaster recovery and emergency response plans.

Staff Supervision: Guide maintenance teams and ensure productivity.
