Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with basic cooking and food preparation.

- Handle chopping, cutting, and other kitchen preparation work.

- Prepare basic Chinese dishes/snacks as required.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cafe area.

- Handle customers politely and provide good customer service.

- Take customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.

- Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and workstations.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Support the team in day-to-day cafe operations.

Requirements:

- Basic cooking knowledge is preferred.

- Should know chopping and basic food preparation.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work in a team.

- Prior cafe/restaurant experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
