The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machines efficiently and safely while maintaining proper production quality, hygiene, and process discipline as per company standards.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. MACHINE OPERATION
- Operate assigned machines as per production requirements
- Ensure proper machine setup before starting production
- Run machines efficiently to achieve production targets
- Follow production instructions and batch requirements properly
B. PRODUCTION PROCESS HANDLING
- Ensure correct raw material is used for production
- Follow all production steps properly:
- Cleaning
- Grinding
- Mixing
- Sieving
- Avoid mixing errors and contamination
- Maintain consistency in production process
C. PRODUCTION OUTPUT AND REPORTING
- Record production quantity accurately
- Report completed production to supervisor
- Inform supervisor about any production issue immediately
- Maintain proper batch details and production records
D. MACHINE CLEANING AND HYGIENE
- Clean machine before and after production
- Maintain clean and hygienic working conditions
- Ensure no dust, waste, or material spillage around machine area
- Follow company hygiene and food safety standards
E. MACHINE SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
- Operate machines safely and responsibly
- Avoid misuse or careless handling of machines
- Immediately report machine breakdown or abnormal sound/issues
- Assist maintenance team during repairs if required
F. MATERIAL HANDLING
- Handle raw materials carefully during production
- Avoid wastage and unnecessary material loss
- Ensure proper transfer of finished goods
G. DISCIPLINE AND TEAM COORDINATION
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and management
- Maintain discipline and punctuality
- Coordinate properly with production team and quality team
- Avoid unnecessary delays or interruptions during work
4. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Start machine after proper checking
- Complete assigned production work on time
- Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area
- Report production quantity and issues at shift end
- Ensure proper handover to next shift if applicable
5. REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic machine handling knowledge

6. QUALIFICATION
- Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience in manufacturing or spices industry preferred
