We are looking for a Field Executive who is responsible for meeting clients, understanding their project requirements, presenting our services, and converting qualified leads into successfully closed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients through field visits and scheduled appointments.
- Understand the client's project requirements, budget, and expectations.
- Present our products/services and explain the project solutions.
- Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
- Use excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills to convert prospects.
- Handle client objections and clarify their concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to move prospects towards closure.
- Follow up consistently until the project is confirmed and closed.
- Achieve monthly project closure and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good marketing and business development mindset.
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting field visits.
- Target-oriented and focused on project closure.
- Skilled appearance and formal attire when meeting clients.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, construction, interior, or real estate will be an advantage.
