Creative Design is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, eager to learn, and passionate about helping customers and growing business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in handling walk-in and online enquiries
- Explain company services and packages to customers clearly
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly
- Support in preparing quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth execution
- Help in achieving monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate
- Positive communication skills in English and local language
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp/email handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior sales or customer support experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
