Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Team Member to support day-to-day operations, deliver excellent service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as per standard procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions when required.
- Ensure proper stocking and availability of required items.
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Support opening and closing activities as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar service role will be an advantage.
