We are looking for a passionate and energetic Soft Skill Trainer who can shape exceptional guest experiences by enhancing the team’s communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.

? Location: Kolkata

? Experience: 1–5 years ( Ed Tech preferred)

? Candidate Preferred (majorly from Training background)

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Conduct training on communication, customer service, grooming & workplace etiquette

✨ Facilitate engaging classroom & on-the-floor sessions

✨ Identify training needs and design impactful modules

✨ Drive induction & refresher training programs.

✨ Conduct workshops, role-plays, seminars, and coaching sessions using engaging methods.





✨ Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments & feedback

Skill Set Requirement :
