Job Title: Telecaller – Delivery Partner Recruitment (Work From Home)

Job Summary: KM Corporate Services is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to recruit delivery partners (delivery boys) for multiple client companies. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential delivery partner candidates.
- Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, salary structure, incentives, and other job-related information.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
- Follow up with candidates until they successfully join.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
- Resolve candidate queries in a skilled and timely manner.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of English and Bengali is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet applications).
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, customer support, or BPO is an advantage.
