We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide in office computer hardware and IT support to our customers. The role involves visiting client locations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, installing and configuring computers, and completing service calls within the required time.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware/IT support
- Must have a bike and a valid driving licence
- Good knowledge of desktop, laptop and basic networking troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
