About the PositionWe are an outsourcing and manpower service company seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Senior Consultant for deployment at a Government organization in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical consultancy, engineering supervision, project coordination, and site-level support for onshore and offshore construction, dredging, and infrastructure-related works.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical consultancy and engineering support for civil construction projects.
- Supervise and monitor onshore and offshore construction activities.
- Coordinate and monitor dredging and marine-related civil works.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, progress reports, measurements, and site records.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government officials, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Identify technical issues at site and provide appropriate engineering solutions.
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and assist in modification/updating of technical drawings.
- Verify measurements and assist in checking bills, work quantities,



and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, specifications, and Government procedures.
- Provide technical inputs for planning, execution, and monitoring of civil and infrastructure projects.
- Required QualificationB.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Relevant professional experience in civil construction, infrastructure, marine/offshore works, dredging, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, quantity estimation, BOQ, measurements, and project documentation.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in offshore and onshore construction projects.
- Experience in dredging/marine infrastructure works will be highly preferred.
- Experience working with Government departments, PSUs, consultants, or major infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
