Job Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair ASUS laptops at customer locations.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

- Replace components such as LCD panels, keyboards, batteries, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, fans, and other parts.

- Perform OS installation, driver updates, BIOS updates, and system configuration.

- Handle warranty and service-related complaints professionally.

- Maintain accurate service reports and update repair status.

- Follow ASUS service procedures and quality standards.

- Travel to customer locations as required.

- RequirementsITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in laptop/computer repair.

- Hands-on experience with laptop hardware troubleshooting.

- ASUS laptop repair experience is preferred.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.

- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
