We are looking for a creative and skilled 3D Designer to join our Architecture & Interior Design team. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, interior designs, layouts, and realistic visualizations based on client requirements and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create 3D models, interior layouts, and realistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
2. Develop detailed designs based on client requirements and architectural plans.
3. Prepare 3D visualizations and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
4. Make design modifications based on client and team feedback.
5. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Ensure designs meet project requirements, dimensions, and timelines.
7. Maintain organized project files and update designs whenever required.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in 3D Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, walkthrough Photoshop, and Interior Design tools.
2. Good understanding of interior design and architectural concepts.
3. Ability to create detailed and realistic 3D visualizations.
4. Good knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and space planning.
5. Solid attention to detail and creativity.
6. Good communication and teamwork skills.
