Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated EHS / ESG Manager to oversee, develop, and execute our Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS), and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience driving safety compliance, sustainability initiatives, carbon management, and ESG reporting across industrial, construction, heavy engineering, or manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

* Safety Management & Culture: Lead workspace safety, industrial safety, and contractor safety initiatives to promote a zero-incident safety culture across sites.

* Compliance & Audits: Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, statutory norms, and company safety policies.

* Safety Committee & Training: Establish and manage the Safety Committee, conducting regular safety awareness sessions, workplace hygiene checks, and safety training modules.

* Risk Assessment & Auditing: Conduct regular workplace safety audits, risk assessments, and implement preventive measures for hazardous conditions.

ESG & Sustainability Management

* ESG Reporting & Strategy:



Formulate and manage company-wide ESG disclosure frameworks, sustainability metrics, and performance reporting.

* Carbon & Emissions Management: Develop and implement strategies to measure, track, and reduce carbon emissions, driving overall sustainability performance.

* Resource Optimization: Oversee sanitation, waste management, and environmental compliance projects aligned with sustainable operational goals.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant EHS & ESG experience in Construction, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Automobile, or Real Estate & Facility Management sectors.

* Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Environmental Management, Health & Safety, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech), or MBA/PGDM in Environmental Management/Sustainability.

* Languages Required: Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu (fluency in at least one regional language is required).

preferred certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 14001/45001 / ESG/ Dip in safety / setting)
