Purpose: Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time, quality delivery while managing 50–100 personnel and maintaining ISO and IATF compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

· Prepare and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules

· Monitor OEE, cycle time, output; escalate bottlenecks

· Coordinate with PPC, Materials, Procurement for material availability

· Maintain ERP/MES visibility

2. Manpower Management (50–100 Team)

· Forecast manpower needs and optimize shift staffing

· Lead, mentor, and develop shift supervisors

· Build multi-skilled workforce through training

· Maintain engagement, attendance, and low attrition

3. Quality & Compliance

· Ensure IATF 16949 and OEM standard compliance

· Implement IPQC with first-piece inspection and sampling

· Conduct root cause analysis (8D) and CAPA on failures

· Maintain 100% traceability and quality documentation





· Drive zero-defect culture

4. Safety

· Enforce PPE and equipment safety protocols

· Conduct daily safety talks and monthly audits

· Ensure Factories Act compliance

· Drive zero-accident culture

5. Cost Control & Continuous Improvement

· Optimize labor, material, scrap costs

· Lead Kaizen and lean initiatives

· Track and report monthly KPIs (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery)

6. Equipment & Maintenance

· Coordinate with Maintenance for high uptime

· Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration

· Provide input on capex planning

7. Current Products & Customer Engagement

· Support product launches (FMEA, PPAP, pilots)

· Host OEM audits; address delivery/quality concerns

· Manage warranty claims

8. Systems & Documentation

· Use ERP/MES for scheduling and reporting

· Maintain SOPs, control plans, training records

· Document non-conformances and CAPAs

· Good knowledge of Microsoft is mandate
