About the Role:Seven Ocean Shipping Services is hiring enthusiastic and well-spoken Receptionist Cum Telecallers to manage front desk duties and handle inbound/outbound calls. If you’re confident, customer-friendly, and have basic computer knowledge, this role is ideal for you.

- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
- Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases
- Perform basic admin and data entry tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
- Eligibility Criteria:Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Freshers can apply
