About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Support the HR team with other talent acquisition activities as required.
- RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
