Job Description – Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing and salary calculation.

Manage attendance, leave, overtime, LOP, advances, deductions, and incentives.

Handle PF & ESIC registration, monthly compliance, challans, and returns.

Manage NAPS registration and compliance.

Maintain and update employee data on PF, ESIC & NAPS portals.

Perform payroll reconciliation, audit checks, and statutory compliance.

Ensure timely submission of payroll and statutory records.

Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, and payroll.

Required Skills

Practical knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC & NAPS.

Experience in Payroll Compliance and Audit.

Advanced MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IFERROR, etc.

Positive analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
