We are hiring energetic Telecallers to generate leads and book site visits for our residential/commercial projects. You will be the first point of contact for potential home buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling: From company provided database and lead sources
2. Lead Qualification: Understand customer budget, location preference, BHK requirement, and timeline
3. Project Pitching: Explain project details, USPs, pricing, payment plans, and offers over phone
4. Site Visit Booking: Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team for proper follow-up
5. Follow-ups: Call back hot/warm leads and nurture them till conversion
6. Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, site visits, and conversions
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience:. Real Estate experience preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent communication in [Hindi + English + Local Language]
- Positive convincing and objection handling skills
- Other: Good voice, polite tone, and customer handling attitude
