Duty Manager / Store Manager

Job Description:We are looking for dynamic retail professionals to lead day-to-day store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves managing store performance, leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring compliance with company standards.

- Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Drive sales, productivity, and achievement of business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, audit, and statutory requirements.




- Monitor merchandising standards and maintain store presentation.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Plan manpower, schedules, and support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Track store performance through MIS and take corrective actions where required.
- Eligibility:Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–8 years of experience in Retail, FMCG, QSR, Hospitality, or related customer-facing operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and relocate, if required.
