Job RoleWe are looking for confident and energetic Sales/Telecalling Executives who can connect with online sellers and introduce them to ROMO's e-commerce services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential e-commerce sellers.
- Connect with sellers operating on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Understand the seller's current business and challenges.
- Explain ROMO's services and how we can help improve their marketplace business.
- Generate interested leads and schedule discussions/meetings.
- Follow up regularly with interested sellers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Work towards monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Who Can Apply?Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, E-commerce, Seller Support or Business Development will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Confident and convincing communication.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
